Conducting fundamental research and development in the following areas:

• study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the formation of disorders in the reproductive health of the family and the development of new medical technologies for preserving the reproductive potential and restoring reproductive health;
• study of psychophysiological and clinical features of the formation of psychosomatic pathology in children and adolescents, development of new technologies for early diagnosis, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation;
• ecological, epidemiological and molecular biological features of the most socially and epidemiologically significant infections in Eastern Siberia and the development of effective methods for diagnosing, treating and managing infectious diseases.
